Overview:

HashiCorp is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead its Product Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, this leader will drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention by owning multi-channel growth strategies, collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, and optimizing digital touchpoints through experimentation. Leveraging IBM's expanded capabilities, they'll manage a high-performing team to execute on ambitious revenue goals and expand free-to-paid user conversion across HashiCorp's PLG motion.
